Introduction
Culture is a defining feature of a person’s identity. Understanding and
valuing each other’s culture is therefore a very important feature of a
successful working partnership. Appreciating and understanding each other’s
culture will help to increase the effectiveness of your school’s
education strategies as this understanding becomes woven throughout the
school.
Activities
The following activities have been designed to assist with the improvement
of your partnership. These activities have been developed in consultation
with over 200 school Principals and IEWs from around Australia. We
hope that you, like those 200, find them useful and worthwhile.
